This unit features tile and hardwood floors throughout the unit, upscale decor, granite counter tops, 3 large flat screen TV's, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony, taking in the view of the white sand beach as you watch the waves crash against the shore. In each bedroom, you will find a King size bed along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty.
