Located at 1010 and 1011 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, our recently remodeled and redecorated Crystal Tower 1701 offers spectacular birds eye panoramic views of the entire Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama area including Gulf State Park. Indulge yourself in the extra spacious 1,203 square foot upper (17th) floor East End Corner Unit that offers unique and stylish comfort. This two bedroom two bathroom condo offers unobstructed 30 mile views of the Gulf of Mexico to the south, Little Lagoon to the north, Gulf Shores East Beach, Orange Beach and Florida to the east and Gulf Shores West Beach all the way to the tip of the Island and Mobile Bay to the West. The unit is professionally decorated with no details overlooked. The living room décor is serene with colors reminiscent of gulf coast nature and features a recliner, sofa and a large flat screen television. The dining area table seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances added in November 2019. This condo offers Two King Master Suites, each with its own Large Flat Screen TV, Private Bath and Balcony and Upscale Balcony Furniture. Crystal Tower is the jewel of West Beach showcasing a premier location on the north side of West Beach Blvd (1010 W Beach Blvd) and is enhanced by the Islands only air conditioned skywalk over W Beach Blvd. to our beachfront south pool, hot tub, pool house and gazebo all located at 1011 W Beach Blvd. This beautiful complex boasts 170 units and many amenities including free WIFI throughout the building, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub on the complex side and one of the largest outdoor pools on the island, including a lazy river and a hot tub on the Gulf side!! Other amenities include two fitness rooms, sauna, and outdoor charcoal grilling pavilion containing six stainless steel charcoal grills. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit or in any common areas or limited common areas which includes balconies. Pets NOT allowed by guests. Maximum occupancy - 4 (ADULTS ONLY 25 and OLDER APPLIES TO OUR UNIT AND NOT TO THE WHOLE COMPLEX).
PARKING - Beginning April 1st, 2025 Parking must be paid by Guest via guests credit card (no cash accepted) directly to the Condo Owners Association via Level Parking System which reads your License Plate when entering and exiting the facility. Your Welcome Letter we send seven days prior to arrival will have our Units Unique Access Code which allows you to register your vehicle using your vehicles tag number and State so be sure to take a photo of your license plate when parking for easy access to this required information. There will be QR Codes on signs posted in the parking lot as well as on a magnetic sign on the refrigerator in the condo. After scanning QR code enter your stay dates then enter your Access Code provided in your Welcome Letter then enter your tag information then pay using your credit card. Cost to guest is PER VEHICLE - two vehicles maximum as follows: Day 1-3 will be $20 per day per vehicle, day 4-7 will be $0 per day and day 8 and above will be $5 per day per vehicle. During the months of November, December, January, February and March the parking fee will be capped at $60 per vehicle for the entire stay.
WRISTBANDS are required while on the property and will be found on the kitchen table when you arrive. Please discard these wristbands when you check out.

Property is located in a perfect location. The view from both balconies is spectacular. Sunrise view is perfect for an early morning coffee. Sunset on the rear balcony, with a view of the lagoon, is an ideal choice for a glass of wine. Parking and unloading your luggage is a breeze.

This condo's decor was only topped by the spectacular views of the gulf. It was immaculately clean (I have very high standards as an RN). I wish we could have stayed longer! The property's amenities were great for families. We will be back!!

Beautiful views from 17th floor!!! Lower levels may be blocked by other resorts closer to water. Host communicated everything we needed and very prompt. Very clean condo and beautifully decorated. Soft paint colors throughout.

Their place was INCREDIBLY clean and well thought through. It was wonderful not to have to think about a thing except what clothes to bring and what food to buy. Everything else was provided (except Kleenex, but didn’t even think about that until we needed it ). The view was amazing and the proximity to the beach was the icing on the cake. This was our first experience booking any kind of a place like this. We would absolutely book with them again. They were excellent communicators too. We highly recommend this host and their place

The view of the gulf from the 17th floor was breathtaking. The interior decorating was more update, including the appliances.The bedrooms were comfy and large. The balcony was spacious with counter height patio chairs that made it much easier to get in or out.Would like to rent next year.
The pool water was cold, but it is only April. My only suggestion would be to supply salt & pepper at the condo. I know that sounds petty, but I hated throwing away the salt and pepper shakers. Waste of
Host made sure everything was ready and what a beautiful condo in a great building. Top level furnishings and the views were just incredible. The building had great amenities and other folks we met were helpful and upbeat. A great place for a break from Midwest winter doldrums.

We were able to sneak away for our sons Spring Break. This property's perfect for a short or extended stay on the beach. The flyover bridge to the beach makes hitting the sand and surf super easy, no fighting for park, no long walks across public boardwalks. The are feet sprayers and showers for when return back across the private dune boardwalk. Pools and hot tubs were an inviting amenity when the ocean was still chilly.The balconies offer beautiful views of the beach and the backwaters. Condo was well appointed with plenty of towels, initial soap/shampoo/conditioner for the showers. Kitchen has eveything, however if you plan on cooking, bring seasonings, including Salt and Pepper. Great communication and owner is super friendly. We will be back!

We were impressed with the corner condo and the great view of the beach from the balcony. We found the condo provided all our needs and was well maintained. Although we did not use the pool, we did enjoy the hot tub.

About the host

Angie and I retired in 2016 and moved to Gulf Shores. When we sold our home we invested in Crystal Tower 1701 (VRBO 1183472) and totally remodeled the unit. In addition to Crystal Tower 1701 we also own Seacrest 901 (VRBO 1323351) which is a two bedroom two bathroom east end corner Penthouse situated directly on the beach about two tenth of one mile West of Crystal Tower as well as Crystal Shores 1001 (VRBO 1489724) which is located at 921 W Beach Blvd and is also a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath east end condo. We manage and maintain this unit as well as Seacrest 901 and Crystal Tower 1701. When not rented to guests we occupy all these units thus enabling us to keep the property updated and pristine as it is our residence as well as a vacation rental to guests.
Why they chose this property
In our opinion no other condo in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach compares with Crystal Tower. With the two outdoor pools and hot tubs, one indoor pool, a sauna and two fitness rooms then coupled with the view from our 17th floor newly remodeled east end unit with two king suites each with its own private bath as well as private balcony. We couldn’t have ever found anything nicer and we are sure you will agree.
