Cosy cottage on 7100 m2 of land, in a quiet area on the outskirts of Búger. The interior of the house is bright with rustic Mallorcan interior décor and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living-dining room. The 3rd bedroom upstairs in a gallery with a slightly lower ceiling.

The property is surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and offers beautiful views of the countryside and mountains. There is also has a lovely veranda and a private swimming pool with sun terrace.

Located very close to the village, only 10 km from Pollensa and its exclusive Golf Club and about 14 km from the beaches on the north shore.

Electricity consumption: July and August € 9 / day; rest of months € 7 / day.
