The house was as depicted in the ad, and the rooms were clean. The communication with the host was excellent. She answered my questions quickly, and had lots of useful tips on how to get there, for activities in the vicinity, and for longer excursions on the island. We were there in March partly during a storm, so could not fully take advantage of the nice outdoor area / terrace.

It’s a shame about the stormy weather towards the end; we were also taken by surprise by this weather, which is so unusual for the Canary Islands. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin war super, insbesondere die Videos zur Anreise…. Ich empfehle dringend, nicht auf das Navi zu hören, wenn man vom Flughafen/Telde kommt sondern über Teror zu fahren…Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Unglücklich ist die Laufzeit der umwälzpumpe morgens und nachmittags jeweils ca 2,5 std, das ist störend, aber anscheinend notwendig. Auch die Falttüren vor der Toilette und dem Bad sind sicherlich nicht jedermanns Geschmack. 30 Liter warmes Wasser im Boiler bedeutet Wartezeit wenn man nicht kalt erwischt werden will.Die Lage ist toll, wenn man wandern will, der Blick auf las palmas und die Küste super! Beide Restaurants sind empfehlenswert!Fazit: bei gutem Wetter und Lust auf wandern: 3,5 von 5 Sternen

Vielen Dank für Ihre Worte, es war uns eine Freude, Sie bei uns zu haben. Wie Sie richtig sagen, ist es wichtig, den Motor des Pools einige Stunden am Tag laufen zu lassen, um ihn in gutem Zustand zu halten. Wir versuchen, dies zu Zeiten zu tun, die unsere Gäste in ihrer Ruhe nicht stören (von 10 bis 13 Uhr und von 16 bis 18 Uhr), da es sich um einen beheizten Salzwasserpool handelt (von Juni bis Oktober), der einen höheren Wartungsaufwand erfordert. Im Haus ist der Motor nicht zu hören. Das Haus war ursprünglich ein Unterstand für Tiere, und die von Ihnen angegebenen Türmaße sind schwer zu realisieren, aber es stimmt, dass alles vom Geschmack jedes Einzelnen abhängt. Wir werden dies jedoch für mögliche zukünftige Verbesserungen berücksichtigen. Die Stärken des Hauses sind zweifellos die Aussicht, die Lage zum Wandern und die gute Gastronomie in der Umgebung.
