LOCATION

In the centre of Vilamoura, 50 metres from Vilamoura Marina, 300 metres from Marina Beach and 100 metres from the Vilamoura Congress Centre.

There is a supermarket in the building (Jafers open from April to October) and a café/restaurant (Petúnia closed every Monday).

Within a 500-metre radius there is a wide range of shops and services.

Shops: Jafers and SPAR supermarkets, bars, cafés, pastry shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants (national and international cuisine), stationers, shops, beauty shops (hairdresser and beautician) variety of nautical activities, Marina and Falésia beaches, casino, congress centre, Cerro da Vila (archaeological centre), Family Golf Park.

Services: Vilamoura Private Clinic, pharmacy, ATM, bank, bus stop for urban and national express buses, taxis, car, scooter, bicycle and yacht hire.



SHORT DESCRIPTION

Apartment in a residential building, located on the 6th floor and there are up to 4 service lifts. The apartment is practical and comfortable, sleeps up to 4 guests, with two bedrooms, and a full bathroom, full kitchen and living room with balcony overlooking the pool, marina and sea. Air conditioning, free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor pool for children and adults, shared indoor pool (heated from 15th October to 15th April), shared gym.

Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and a few metres from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to dispense with the use of a car and want to be a few steps from everything.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events

Groups under the age of 25 are not allowed.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 20:00 to 8:00

Do not exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included)

It is not permitted to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes in the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

If the rules are not complied with, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without the right to a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab certified cleaning products.

Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.



CHECK IN: Every day from 17:00 to 19:00
