The light and airy 2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment enjoys a good location and lovely views over Vilamoura and out to sea.
Fast broadband with over 100 TV channels in a multitude of languages, including numerous Sky Sport and TNT sports channels.
Fully equipped modern kitchen, two bathrooms, large lounge-diner. 2 South facing balconies overlooking the communal gardens and children's/ adult swimming pools. There is a poolside snack bar with WiFi. Being on the top, 4th floor (served by lifts), this is one of the best located apartments in the block with superior views.
Clean linen and towels are provided weekly (beach/ pool towels can be provided upon request)
Only 15 minutes walk to the Marina and beaches. Ideally located for the numerous golf courses and restaurants. The nearest Supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away.
Changeover day negotiable.

We live in Suffolk near Newmarket. My wife Barbara is a retired radiographer and I am a Retired Chartered Surveyor.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because of its location. Having teenage children we wanted somewhere they could stay without the need of a hire car. Once transferred from the airport everything is within walking distance, or an excursion can easily be arranged for attractions further afield.
What makes this property unique
Our apartment has a light and airy feel and being on the top floor has superior views of the surrounding area and out to sea.
