Two studios side by side on the same floor, each with its own front door. One overlooks a quiet courtyard, the other faces the boulevard — different vibes, same address. Each has its own bed, terrazzo bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and workspace. Nothing shared unless you want it. Oborishte — Doctor's Garden 5 min, Forno Cipolini and Savi Coffee under 10, Teatralna metro nearby. Ideal for two couples, families, or friends who value their own space. 3rd floor, no elevator.
I am always available online
You’ll stay in Oborishte, one of Sofia’s most beloved and picturesque neighborhoods. Guest will have exclusive and private access to the whole property
Two studios, two front doors, same floor. Knock on the wall if you need each other — or don't, and enjoy your own space.
One studio overlooks the quiet inner courtyard — greenery, birdsong, no street noise at all. The other faces the boulevard — more light, a wider view, and a front-row seat to the neighbourhood waking up in the morning. Different moods, same address.
Both are on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The staircase is wide and well-lit, and once you're up, you're in one of the quietest corners of central Sofia.
Each studio is fully self-contained — its own bed with quality cotton linens, a terrazzo bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, hotel-grade toiletries, a kitchen, a balcony, and a workspace with stable Wi-Fi for video calls. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.
Who it's for: Two couples who want to travel together without living on top of each other. A small family that needs a door between the kids and the adults. Friends who love each other — just not enough to share a bathroom. A remote team that wants separate workspaces at the same address. Pick who gets the quiet courtyard and who gets the boulevard view — or flip for it.
An honest note: These are studios — each one is a single well-designed room, not a sprawling apartment. You're choosing character and location over square metres. If you need a large living room, this isn't it. If you want two private, beautifully finished spaces next door to each other in one of Sofia's best neighbourhoods — it's exactly right.
What our guests say:
★ "The bed was one of the most comfortable my wife and I have slept in across Europe." — Michael
★ "The best Airbnb experience I've ever had. 10/10!" — Alvie
★ "The neighbourhood made us feel like locals." — Erika
★ "The space was even nicer than it looked in the photos." — Charlie
★ "Probably the best neighbourhood in Sofia — green, quiet, lots of cafés." — Anna
The neighbourhood: Oborishte is where Sofians actually live — embassy streets, old trees, and morning joggers in the Doctor's Garden, which is a 5-minute walk. Borisova Gradina stretches just beyond it. For dinner, Forno Cipolini serves what locals quietly call the best pizza outside of Italy — go early on weekends. For specialty coffee and proper gelato, Savi Gelato & Specialty Coffee is nearby. Both under 10 minutes on foot. Teatralna metro — 5–10 minute walk. Airport taxi — about 25 minutes, around €10.
You’ll navigate Sofia effortlessly from this location. The studio is well connected by public transport, with tram and bus stops just steps away, linking you directly to the city center, Sofia Airport, and the Central Railway Station. The Serdika and SU St. Kliment Ohridski metro stations are also within walking distance, offering a fast and convenient way to reach every corner of the city.
Prefer to explore on foot? Many of Sofia’s top attractions, restaurants, and parks are just a short walk from your doorstep. Taxis and rideshare services like Bolt are widely available and affordable, making it easy to zip across the city day or night. Whether you’re planning sightseeing, a business trip, or a long-term stay, you’ll have Sofia right at your fingertips.
