No hot water. Water stopped flowing during shower! Area was dark and very loud at night. No heating system while cold nights. Host was unfriendly and very slow to respond, and we had to knock on her door. If host wants to comtinue her business, she needs to fix/update many things.

I’m sorry your experience wasn’t as expected. During your stay, we verified that the washer has hot water and all services were working properly. The neighborhood is safe, with many cafés and restaurants, and it’s usually quiet at night. In Bogotá, heating isn’t common due to the mild weather. I always strive to respond quickly and kindly through the app to make sure every guest feels well taken care of.
