About this property

Stunning 2 Bedroom Condo is located on Longboat Key

Casual yet elegant living area directly on the gulf and just steps from the beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the Gulf. This two bedroom, well appointed condo sleeps six. Unit 12 features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a pull out couch. All linen and towels are provided. (A "fresh" towel exchange takes place at the pool area on Wednesdays.)

Amenities on property include: A pool, a dock on the bay side for you to dock a boat or fish. Gas grills are available by the pool and the Gulf side beach. There is a club house with game room and small library that can also be used for a large family gathering. A laundry room is available on site at no extra cost.

This small resort is an ideal vacation spot. There is a small shopping plaza with some restaurants, ice cream parlor, bank, all within walking distance of the cottage. There is also additional upscale restaurants in St Armand's Circle, located at the South end of the Key,

A Publix supermarket is approximately 3 miles from the condo.

The condo was immaculate! Beds comfy and plenty of seating for 4. Mike was great to deal with. In this condo, you do have to cross the main road to get to the beach, but it was only about a 2 minute walk. Beach had plenty of lounge chairs and, importantly, plenty of shade to sit in to get out of the sun. Definitely would recommend.

Not stunning, but very nice.

Nice unit, very functional and well located on the bay side, but only 100 yds away from the beach. Used the grill, heated pool, bikes and lounge chairs - the latter already located on the beach. Would gladly stay there again.

Little Gull has it all. Clean, amenities galore, direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and SarasotaBay. The staff are professional and caring. Always willing to provide assistance, suggestions and help with dining reservations. Very reasonable rates.
