Welcome to La Casa 3B/2.5B Beachfront Condo! Over 2300sqft of sunlit space - perfect for families or travelers who need a lot of room! Our Resort Complex is right on Holmes Beach with direct access by a wooden boardwalk. All the beach supplies - towels, chairs, cooler, etc. are provided by us! Great for families - we have 3 full bedrooms and a large, open layout living area with a fireplace and Smart TV. Right off the living room is a HUGE balcony with partial oceanview and beach views!

Note - a digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival and a legal ID must be provided. You have to be at least 25 to check in (younger people can be in your party).
