Relax in this quiet space in a central location. The Colosseum is about a 25-minute walk away. We are in the heart of Italian cinema, where Neorealism was born, the area known as the Artists' district, develops around the pedestrian area of Pigneto: an area dedicated to nightlife with typical Roman trattorias, pubs, wine bars, live music, cultural events. Every morning there is a beautiful open-air market. Car to Go available: numerous rental cars nearby.
The room is large, very cool, quiet with a double bed.
It is located in a 3-bedroom apartment, 110 m2 in size and a terrace overlooking the Castelli Romani.
The apartment faces south-east on one side and north-west on the other, this strategic position makes it very cool in the summer so there is no need to turn on the air conditioning because it is like being in a natural oasis in the heart of the hot city.
Guests have access to the kitchen for breakfast, the bathroom, the entrance hall, the library room and the terrace.
