Booked for 11th-15th October 2026, we left on the 12th.
We arrived to find faeces in the hallway leading to the apartment, accompanied by a revolting smell. The apartment itself was filthy: mold next to beds, a disgusting shower, stained bedding, dirty dishes, insufficient towels, a broken kettle and iron, a floating dresser not properly secured to the wall, pool cleaning equipment left strewn across one side of the balcony. Even the outdoor loungers were stained and dirty. If it wasn’t the state of uncleanliness it was the multitude hazards.
The property did not meet the standard promoted by the pictures and social media. The reality was shocking and completely unacceptable.
Customer service was quite bad, there was no way of speaking to a manager, it seems as though management do not help support their team when it comes to complaint resolution. Calls went unanswered, and we repeatedly had to chase up on call backs promised within a certain timeframe. I had to call from a different number just to get someone to answer and process my refund.
A refund which was not even half of what I paid does not compensate for the stress, inconvenience and valuable holiday time wasted. The experience fell far below even the most basic standards.
I would not recommend this property at all.
