From sunrise fishermen to afternoon windsurfers, the ever-changing sea views from the house are endlessly captivating, and you can enjoy them from nearly every room.
Just a 5-minute stroll along the road brings you to the sand, while another short walk in the opposite direction takes you to the heart of the village with its shops, cafés and eateries. Gardd Nain is the kind of place you'll want to return to year after year.
You'll enter via the side door into a spacious hallway. Immediately on your right, there's a generously sized utility room with a full-height fridge-freezer, washer, dryer, drying rail, double sink and storage cupboards. Opposite, a handy downstairs shower room and loo, along with a brilliant storage space for beach gear, games, or groceries.
Move through to the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, cosy and colourful, with huge windows and sliding doors that frame that stunning seascape. The space is cleverly laid out with a huge breakfast bar, a gas hob and oven, with a microwave and a glass dining table for 8. It's made for gathering, whether it's for big breakfasts, BBQ prep or board games after dinner.
The lounge area is all about comfort, big striped sofas, a large Smart TV for family films, and a soft, playful interior that feels just like home. Step through the sliding doors onto the patio and soak up the sea air; the sun rolls in from early afternoon and the views stretch out to the horizon.
Upstairs, you'll find four lovingly styled bedrooms, each with its own name on the door and furnishings to match. Two of the rooms look out over the sea and rear garden, so you can wake up to soft morning light and the shifting tides below. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite shower room for a little extra privacy. Another spacious king room offers plenty of floor space and calm, quiet comfort. The triple room, with its bunk and single bed, is ideal for siblings or cousins sharing stories late into the night. Lastly, a cheerful twin room provides a tucked-away retreat, bright, cosy, and peaceful.
The elevated lawn is wide, lush and great for garden games or a quiet read. There's a washing line, wetsuit hanger, and a guest-accessible shed for bikes and beach gear. While the garden isn't enclosed, it's sweeping and spacious, with plenty of room for kids to run and play (with supervision). The driveway gate can be closed for children's safety. There is also a bottom gate leading to private land; guests are politely reminded that this land is private property and beach access is not permitted via this route.
This is a property that's full of heart. You can feel the care and detail that's gone into every corner, from the themed bedrooms to the thoughtful layout.
Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.
Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.
