LIVING ROOM A cosy room furnished for relaxing with family and friends. There’s a comfy sofa, and a couple of bucket chairs positioned so you can enjoy the wall mounted TV, or open the cupboard and choose one of the many games or jigsaws supplied for all ages. There are even tennis rackets and balls if you want to venture out to the tennis club. KITCHEN/DINING/SUN ROOM This light and airy open plan space is ideal for indoor/outdoor living with double doors at the far end opening into the garden, and stairs rising to the first floor landing. A bench wraps around the dining table at one end with extra chairs if friends pop round. In the centre is the kitchen with units housing a waist height electric oven and a separate combi oven/microwave, a dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, a kettle, toaster, Ninja Multi-cooker, and a Nespresso machine (please bring your own standard size pods). A handy cupboard houses the washer/dryer, garden cushions etc. Finally, the sitting/sun room with a sofa, chairs, 2nd TV and DVD player sits by the French doors, with a bookcase stacked with books and DVDs for you to enjoy.
UPSTAIRS Carpeted stairs turn and rise to the first floor, relatively steep with a handrail to aid you.
DOUBLE BEDROOM Sitting quietly at the back of the cottage, this pretty room has a king size bed between bedside tables and storage in wardrobes and a dressing table with a stool, as well as a wall mounted TV.
BUNK ROOM Light streams in through the skylight (with a blind) which has sturdy bunk beds, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

TWIN BEDROOM Catching the morning sun at the front of the property, furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and ample space to unpack and settle in with built in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. There’s a wall mounted TV and a chair.
OUTSIDE Located at the far end of the high street, conveniently opposite The White Hart and close to the famous Aldeburgh Fish and Chip shop, this charming cottage is equally close to the independent shops, galleries and eateries, as well as the sea, pebble beach and promenade stretching from Slaughden to Thorpeness. The sunny south facing garden at the back is a hidden gem, perfect for long lazy lunches or an evening BBQ with a charcoal BBQ supplied. There’s restricted parking directly in front of the house and a car park about 10 minutes’ walk away at Fort Green.
