About this property
Luxury Highland Villa at Ben Nevis | 5 Ensuite Bedrooms | Sleeps 10
Wake up beneath the dramatic North Face of Ben Nevis in a spacious modern villa designed for groups who want comfort, space, and adventure on their doorstep.
Highwinds sits on a quiet road surrounded by open fields, forest, and some of Scotland's most spectacular mountain scenery. Every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom — no queuing, no sharing — making this the perfect base for families travelling together or friends reuniting in the Highlands.
The heart of the house is a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for all ten guests around one table. There's a log burner for cosy evenings, a coffee bar for slow mornings, and a wine fridge for everything in between. The sitting room is stocked with guidebooks and maps to help you plan your Highland adventures, while the cinema room offers streaming services and a Nintendo Switch when the weather keeps you indoors.
Downstairs you'll find a king bedroom with ensuite — ideal for grandparents or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. Four more bedrooms upstairs each have their own ensuite, plus there's an additional shower room and separate toilet for convenience.
Outside, the driveway comfortably fits five cars, and you're surrounded by the kind of wildlife that makes children (and adults) press their faces to the windows — cows, horses, sheep, and birdlife overhead.
