Spacious apartment located in the heart of Galbiate, a quiet village overlooking Lake Como and a few minutes from Lecco. A perfect strategic location for those who want to enjoy spectacular views, panoramic routes and a convenient starting point for exploring Lake Como, Milan and Bergamo .
The apartment, recently renovated and furnished with attention to detail, is located in the central area of the village, a short distance from shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors.
It is located on the second and last floor of an elegant building and opens onto a large living area, characterized by a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area with a large six-seater table. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen has large worktops and a central island ideal for breakfasts and quick meals.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
There is also a cellar, perfect as a garage for those traveling by bike.
Available to guests: Wi-Fi, oven, methane gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils.
The heating and hot water are autonomous, managed by an independent gas boiler.
By choice, the apartment is not equipped with a television: an invitation to slow down, to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape and to dedicate yourself to quality moments, in company or in total relaxation.
Upon your arrival you will find the apartment ready to welcome you with sheets and towels for everyone, as well as a welcome kit that includes oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwashing detergent and washing machine, shampoo, body wash and toilet paper.
The structure is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company committed to concrete and measurable sustainability projects. The apartment adheres to the NativooForGood program, which promotes responsible and environmentally friendly tourism in the areas of Lake Como and Valsassina. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
