No nos explicaron bien lo de recoger las llaves. El acceso para poder coger las llaves es muy complicado para poder verlo a simple vista. Para poder contactar con alguien para poder coger las llaves nadie nos atendía. Luego para entrar en la piscina no nos dejaron llave. Entramos el viernes y hasta el sábado sobre las 16,30 aproximadamente nos la dejo el vecino de enfrente. Dejadez total del propietario en solucionar problema de la llaves de la piscina. Piscina de niños pequeños con el agua verde y sucia que no se podía utilizar. Muchas escaleras. No lo recomiendo para nada. En el momento que tenga un poco de tiempo voy a poner hoja de reclamación, la cual se la pedí por wassat a la compañía de la que teníamos los teléfonos y me dijeron que se la tenia que pedir a Expedia.
