Beautifully renovated and fully furnished townhome in gated community steps from the beach. 2 pools, club house, and tennis courts. 2 parking spots. Close to Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center. Perfect Summer vacation or Winter retreat or for professional short term contract workers (Space X, Boeing, Blue Origin, etc.) at the Cape. Everything provided including electricity, water & wifi. Only 40 mins from Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World. Lots of restaurants nearby.
