There is an electronic lock, and you'll receive the code prior to your check-in!



The Neighborhood:

In south Cocoa Beach, you'll be a stone's throw from everything you could want to do on vacation. A quick walk to the beach or the banana river. Enjoy days lounging in the sun, watersport adventures, a night out on the town, jaunts down to the space center or to view a rocket launch, or a day trip to Orlando for a theme park day.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.



Regarding the 8 guest occupancy, we have a King, Queen, and a bunk bed, which can comfortably fit 6 guests. We also provide 2 floor mattresses to sleep more people which is why the occupancy is set to 8.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The property was just as pictured, clean and spacious. The beach access was just a short walk and the bedrooms were quiet. A nice area with restaurants near by. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Once we walked in, we enjoyed the outdoor tiki hut with games, the pool and the swings. We were close to the beach. We had a great time hanging out with the chairs, beach umbrella and body boards. We highly recommend this place to everyone! Super cute, clean and has everything you need to stay here.

A nice vacation

It was very nice in the stay. It is clean, and located in the rooms are great. It is very quiet in the house and yard. Also, the ocean is one and half away from the block to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house. We would go back.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for one month. I could have stayed longer. Easy walk to the beach. Backyard was great! Comfortable living room. Very nice that kayaks were available. We threw them in the back of our truck and launched at nearby park. Saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of birds. Great restaurants in the area and locals are very friendly.
