The bedrooms consist of a twin, single, and a double with an en-suite shower room. There is a bathroom with a roll-top bath, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and wooded area, a courtyard with furniture, and ten acres of Moorland, as well as off-road parking for three cars. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.9 miles you will find a shop, 1.1. miles a pub, 1.2 miles a river, 0.5 miles a calnal and 0.4 miles a lake. All of this awaits at Pule Hill Farm. Note: Pets are not allowed upstairs. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 500GBP. Note: Steps in garden to access the property, please take care.
