Welcome to Casa Rafia, a spacious and inviting apartment located on the fourth floor of a traditional Bergamo building (please note: no elevator). Perfect for families, groups of friends, or travelers who appreciate comfort and space, this home offers a relaxing retreat just a short walk from the city center.

The apartment features three large bedrooms, providing ample room for rest and privacy. Step out onto two balconies, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. Additionally, two French balconies, one in the kitchen and one in the main bedroom, bring in natural light and fresh air.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining table, ideal for shared meals and social moments. The modern bathroom is fitted with a versatile shower offering different massage settings for a relaxing experience after a day of exploring.

Parking is available for free on the street around the building. Please note:

White lines indicate free public parking.
Blue lines are paid parking.
Yellow lines are reserved for residents and should not be used.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, with the exception of one private room that is not available for guest use.
Other things to note
Check-in is available between 15:00 and 21:00.
For arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00, a late check-in fee of €30 will apply.

In special cases such as flight delays or exceptional circumstances, we’re happy to consider alternative arrangements. Please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that the apartment does not have Wi-Fi and is located on the fourth floor with no elevator. While this means a few extra steps to reach the apartment, many of our guests see it as a chance to enjoy a little daily workout and take in some fresh air before settling in!
