Great location, warm and comfortable. Poor communication to gain access-someone exiting gave me a mobile number for Michelle who l rang and then I was sent instructions.One of two showers not working- cleaner must have known as place was spotless. Key door handle was replaced during stay as once I got into building it was difficult to get into flat- apparently broken by last people staying
