The house is part of Canto do Mar, a boutique coastal property with three independent homes, each with its own character and atmosphere. Every space was thoughtfully designed to offer tranquility, comfort, and a natural connection to the ocean. The view is yours — and the experience feels deeply personal.

We provide bed linens, towels, kitchen essentials, and free Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable and easy stay. Free parking is available in the property. The village of Mosteiros is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for relaxing, but we recommend renting a car to fully explore the island’s many natural wonders. The house is self check-in ready, and our Azores Butler team is available for any questions, assistance, or local tips before and during your stay. We’re happy to help with recommendations, restaurant bookings, or activity planning. Sustainability is important to us, so we encourage you to think green, respect the environment, and support local businesses during your visit.

We keep things simple — just a few rules to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
• No smoking inside the house. If you smoke, please do so outside.
• Garbage: please do not leave trash inside. Use the public bins nearby.
• Save energy: turn off the lights whenever you leave the house.
• Respect the neighbors: quiet hours in Portugal are from 23:00 to 7:00. You’re on holiday, but people around you are not — thank you for being considerate.
• Safety first: always lock the door when entering or leaving the house.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Towels: white towels are for bathroom use only. Please avoid stains and do not take them outside. Blue beach towels are available if needed.
