Three-storey town house in central Salcombe, sleeping five in three bedrooms.
7 Island Quay is a comfortable three-storey town house located close to the waterfront, boutique shops and restaurants and comes with parking and a mooring. The property sleeps five guests in three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a King-size bed and en suite shower room, a double room suitable for one guest and a twin room with two single beds. There is a lounge on the first-floor level with panoramic views of the harbour. A spiral staircase leads to a fully fitted kitchen/dining area on the lower level with access to the small waterside terrace and bistro furniture. This delightful property is in a fantastic location, for couples or a family looking for a relaxing seaside break.

Fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle.

To the front of the property is a small stone terrace.
Travel cot provided.

Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
