The Hideout is a unique and charming first-floor apartment resting in Oakham, East Midlands. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king size and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen with a Retro dining area, and a living room with an electric stove-effect fire. Outside there is a front terrace with seating and parking can be found in one of the nearby public car parks where charges apply. The Hideout is a lovely, quirky setting for a peaceful break to Rutland. No Workers, Stags / Hens or similar permitted at this property. Note: due to steep stairs at the property, this may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: this property does not accept any tradesman/worker bookings and is for Holiday rentals only.

Town: Oakham is the delightful county town of Rutland, and is a great place to visit and spend a holiday. It is filled with pretty stone and thatched buildings and offers something for everyone, it's a great family holiday destination. The town centre offers a good range of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from as well as a local history museum, a 12th century castle and a 14th century church adding real character and beauty. To the outskirts of the town sits one of the largest man-made lakes in Europe in the Rutland Water Nature Reserve which offers watersports, a small water adventure park, a bird watching fair, sailing club and fishing facilities for you outdoor people. There is also Rutland Water Golf Course overlooking the lake. The Midlands is packed with lovely towns and cities that are worth visiting, the train station in Oakham offers access to places such as Nottingham and Leicester with their great shopping and stunning buildings.
