Gwaun Cottage consists of an open-plan kitchen/diner/living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for two people, and sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The double bedroom has underfloor heating, and is serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio area with fire pit and garden furniture overlooking the flower beds and communal garden and lawns with barbeque, play area, table tennis, outdoor chess/draughts and large play field for football. Separate communal golf field. EV charging available. Off-road parking by the cottage. One-well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.8 miles, and a pub in 2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Gwaun Cottage is a brilliant base for a Welsh escape. Note: If you wish to bring your dog with you, please make an initial request as conditions do apply. Note: Communal barbecue, football field, play area, golf range, table tennis, and outdoor chess available for use. Note: Complimentary basket of logs for woodburning stove, thereafter will be a cost of £4.00 per basket.
