Llain Delyn in Capel Mawr, Anglesey, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Llain Delyn is a lovely detached bungalow situated near the village of Malltraeth in Anglesey. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, a utility area, a lounge/diner with an open fire, and a play room. To the outside is ample off road parking, and an enclosed lawned garden to the front, and furniture to the rear with barbecue. Resting in a delightful location with pleasant views, Llain Delyn is a lovely cottage in a peaceful part of Wales. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of GBP250
Amenities: Electric central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. 3 x TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed lawned garden to the front, and furniture to the rear with barbecue. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Pet room with bowls, one large pet bed and pet towels provided. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms at any time. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles. Note: This property shares access through the main gate with an additional property

Town: The small village of Malltraeth lies in the south west corner of Anglesey, at the head of the long inlet formed by the Cefni Estuary and close to the popular Newborough Forest and Warren sand dunes. Malltraeth Pool and the magnificent sweep of marshes and sand dunes, which stretch south to Llanddwyn Island, are all part of a National Nature Reserve. The whole area is renowned for its birdlife and Malltraeth was once home to the famous wildlife artist Charles F Tunnicliffe. There are wonderful forest and coastal walks from the village, which has a pub, a cafe serving afternoon tea and a chip shop (also selling basic items/newspapers etc). Close by are beautiful beaches at Llanddwyn (reputedly the 4th best in Britain), Aberffraw, and Cable Bay, or head to Rhosneigr, which is renowned for its all year round watersports facilities.
