Apartment near shopping center and university
Live affordably in an apartment close to Rosengårdcenter, SDU, and the light rail.
The area is mainly home to families with children and young residents, but it has a quiet atmosphere. Child-friendly outdoor areas and a 2-minute walk to Lidl.
A living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, and extra mattresses under the bed. Bathroom with a washing machine. Kitchen with a dishwasher.
NOTE: THE APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE WI-FI!
Please note that the apartment is my everyday home, but I always clean it thoroughly before renting it out.
If you need space for your clothes, please let me know in advance.
