Welcome to this beautiful flat located in front of the sea in El Puerto de Santa Maria, with shared swimming pool and capacity for 4 people.
The exterior of the urbanisation offers a 20m x 13m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.25m to 2.05m ideal for swimming and relaxing. There is also a round children's pool with a diameter of 6 metres and a constant depth of 0.3 metres, perfect for the little ones. There is also an outdoor shower, tennis court and direct access to the bars located within the urbanisation.

The apartment is located on the ninth floor of a building with a lift. It has a small balcony with a table and four chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast while taking in the sea views. Inside, the living-dining room is very bright and equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils so you can cook just like at home. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with bunk beds with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower to complete your stay. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

It is located in front of Valdelagrana beach, a wide and lively beach perfect to enjoy the sun, have a swim or take a walk watching the sunset. On the promenade you will find bars and restaurants with terraces where you can relax in front of the sea. Just a 10 minute drive will take you to El Puerto de Santa Maria where you can discover the charm of this typical Andalusian village, known for its gastronomy, its wine cellars and its cheerful and friendly atmosphere. Thanks to its excellent location, it is easy to explore the rest of the Bay of Cadiz, with train and boat connections to places such as Cadiz capital or Rota.

The swimming pool is available from 21st June to 7th September and the opening hours are from 12:00h to 20:00h Monday to Friday.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.
