All windows have mosquito nets. All appliances are new and fridge and freezer are large capacity. It has a washing machine, ironing board, iron, bath towels, sheets, hair dryer, TV and internet connection. The common room has a high-power AC and fan. It includes electricity, water and internet.
Located in the best area of Rota, you have everything close but noise. 50 meters from the pine forest, the beach and Las Dunas beach bar; which has a chill out area with live music. The windsurfing and sailing school for children and adults is 200m away. Right next to the free botanical garden, 5 minutes walk from the promenade and its variety of restaurants, 6 minutes walk from the Mercadona and 15 minutes from the center of Rota.
