The CATALUNYA 92 complex is located in the heart of the tourist area of Salou, just 500 metres from Platja dels Capellans and Platja Llarga, two of the most emblematic beaches in the area. Surrounded by all kinds of services, shops, bars and restaurants and a lively nightlife, it offers the perfect combination of rest and entertainment for a family holiday.



This residential complex stands out for its large communal area, ideal for children and also for adults who wish to enjoy themselves without leaving the complex: 2 swimming pools: one for adults and another for children, with shaded areas, solarium and hammocks. Futsal court and basketball court. Mini golf and squash court. Children's playground with swings. Table tennis tables.



DISTRIBUTION:

- Living-dining room with a well-equipped American kitchen with all the necessary utensils for your stay. There is a double sofa bed.

- Spacious terrace with space to eat or relax outdoors.

- Master bedroom with a double bed.

- Bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children.

- Full bathroom with bathtub.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- This accommodation is rented exclusively to families. Group bookings are not accepted.

- 1 air conditioning unit in the hallway.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool, open approximately from late June to mid-September (dates may vary).

- No equipment is provided for the sports activities available at the complex.

- Important: until December 2025, maintenance work is being carried out on the façade. Occasionally, protective barriers may be installed for safety reasons.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
