Amazing venue, great communication with Nick and Emma. I had my 60th birthday there for two nights. All my family and friends loved it.

Disappointed will not even describe it - radio silence from the owners after a nightmare

Our stay on 17 October was extremely disappointing. The property had not been cleaned, with dirty beds, rubbish and previous guests’ items left behind. The heating failed, the WiFi and hot tub stopped working, and a leaking shower caused water to enter an electrical socket. Appliances were unusable and the electrics kept tripping. What was meant to be a luxury birthday weekend was dominated by faults. Compensation is justified.
