Sleeping up to 11 guests, the layout works brilliantly for teams, extended families, work crews, and mixed-group stays.
The Main House (4 Bedrooms)
The main house features everything you need for a relaxed, practical and enjoyable stay:
• 3 double bedrooms + 1 single, ideal for mixed groups or workers needing separate beds
• Bright living room with Smart TV for downtime
• Entertainment room with hot tub & massage bed, great for relaxing after a long day
• Fully equipped kitchen with:
– Air fryer
– Coffee machine
– Oven & hob
– Full cookware
– Large island with bar stools (perfect for shared meals or laptop work)
• Modern family bathroom
• Travel cot & high chair available for young children
The Annex (2 Bedrooms)
Perfect for added privacy, extra workers, or families needing their own space:
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 twin bedroom
• Comfortable living area
• Kitchenette for convenient cooking
• 4-seat dining table
• Private bathroom
This layout works especially well for contractors wanting quieter sleeping quarters or families travelling with grandparents or teens.

There’s plenty of room outside to relax or unwind:

• Ample free parking, ideal for multiple vehicles, vans or work trucks

Located close to major attractions like Harvington Hall, Severn Valley Railway and Cadbury World, the property also offers excellent access for contractors working in the surrounding areas.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A lockbox is available on-site for easy and flexible self check-in. We try to accommodate early check-ins when possible and can usually confirm on the day once the property is ready. Late check-out may be available; please contact us for pricing and availability.
Security Deposit
A fully refundable £500 security deposit can be requested for your bookings. This can be paid through via our secure third-party link. The deposit is returned after checkout, provided house rules are followed and no damage occurs.
House Rules and Neighbor Respect
This home is located in a quiet residential area. Guests must respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.
Cameras and Security
For safety and protection of the property and our guests, there are external security cameras covering outdoor areas only.

The property is divided between the main house and the annex, providing privacy and flexibility for families, groups, and contractors.
Parking
There is ample private parking available, making it suitable for families, multiple cars, or contractor vans.
Hot Tub
The hot tub must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in to ensure proper preparation.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, coffee machine, air fryer and full cookware. We do not supply salt, pepper, cooking oils or other ingredients. If you require these before arrival, please let us know and we can arrange them.
For the travel cot, bedding is not provided; guests should bring their own. A highchair and travel cot can be set up on request at no extra charge.

Complimentary housekeeping is included for stays longer than seven nights. For shorter stays, additional housekeeping or extra items may be arranged depending on availability and pricing.
