The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach!

*Discounted rates are in place from September 2025 through May 2026 due to an on-site restoration project. Guests may experience noise and limited balcony access during this time.

*This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
