Our Open Living Room/Dining Room is beautifully decorated. It includes TV/DVD and balcony access! The dining room has seating for six.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious en-suite master bath.
The second bedroom features 2- queen sized beds, flat screen TV/DVD player and balcony access. There is a full bath next to this room.

Perfect location!

This location was great for us, we booked last minute and we’re meeting friends in the area! We could walk right across the street to the beach, and had a great view from our balcony!

Fantastic Vacation Spot

The location of this condo is perfect for a beach getaway. anything we needed was within walking distance and the beach is very easily accessed. The unit itself was spacious and had anything we could think we needed! Would definitely recommend.

Great stay!

First off, Julie is a great host. Very quick to reply and checked on us mid stay to make sure we were happy. Location is great - quick walk across to the beach and close by shopping and restaurants. The included beach chairs and umbrella were really nice, no need to lug everything with you. And with the beach bar right there, easy to grab a drink. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Condo

The Condo was great for our family. It had all the amenities we needed and was right on the beach. The included beach service was very convenient and the restaurant in the building was also nice especially with some of the bad weather we had. Beds were very comfortable. Only critique is the living room furniture could use some updating but that is me being critical. If we came back to Miramar Beach again we would stay here.

Beautiful Miramar Beach

After an unexpected event Julie quickly got us set up at a different unit in the same building. It is very convenient to the beach and walkable to several restaurants and shops. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and the gulf beach and water were amazing. The pool was heated and my 9 year old granddaughter made some friends there to play with.

Best View, Management went out of their way to make sure things were perfect!

Place is newly updated with beautiful decor. It is very clean. It is in the perfect location. We love to pedestrian overpass to the beach and beach bar. Free covered parking right next to the building is a plus! Julie, the property manager, was easy to work with. She answered all our questions all times of the day. We plan to stay again next year!

Sun and Sand week

property was fine and very easy to work with the owner. Needs a little TLC, It’s an older building, Beds were very comfortable. The only thing is there’s a Wyndham across the street and they’re doing some renovations outside so it was loud a lot of the times, However, that is no reflection on Surfside or 710.

Sun, sand and stuffed!

We saw things, did things and ate things, but our goal was to relax. Time on the beach every day, time at the condo pool, hot tub and walking all helped to accomplish that goal. Steps from the beach. We cooked food at the condo, and the restaurant at the condo was one of our culinary highlights. Great sushi, grilled chicken and more. Everyone helped make our trip great. Our host, the waiters and waitresses, folks at the grocery store, guys at the beach setup…everyone.

Great Fall Break

Julie was great! Condo was clean and the amenities were an added bonus. We arrived on Monday and there was no front desk attendant and security did Not answer so we didn’t realize we needed a code for beach access. Someone did let us in and we eventually found security for our parking pass and codes. We did like the fact that a code was needed to access the beach. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect beach location! Fast, easy access! Our trip was so relaxing - weather was absolutely beautiful! Beach chair set up was simple - 2 chairs and 1 umbrella are included with the room and for additional cost, you can get additional chair set ups. We did that! We weren’t in the room a lot but it was very nice - all rooms opened to the balcony. The owner was very responsive and helpful! We’d go again!

Great location. Condo was as described. Julie was very helpful and responsive. My only complaint was the hot water issue in the guest bathroom. We reported it 3 days into our trip. Julie was on it with maintenance, but they advised a plumber would be needed. Because of this all 8 guest had to use the master shower for the duration of the stay.

Excellent location for our anniversary!

My husband and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary and this was our first time at Miramar beach. We usually stay in PCB. We very much enjoyed our trip! The condo is was very spacious and clean. The Royal Palm restaurant is connected to the condominium, delicious food! The condo is across the street from the beach, but nothing blocks your view from the balcony and they have a bridge to cross the road if you prefer. The location was very accessible to everything. The bed was a little uncomfortable, seemed to roll in the middle, but that is really the only ‘complaint’ I have and it’s honestly not a complaint just an observation. Julie checked on us and made sure everything was going well. We would stay again!

We loved our stay! Julie is so kind and helpful. We drove through the night and could not find a place to stay until our condo was ready at 4:00. Julie understood and made sure we could get into our condo at 1:00. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need. The master bathroom is awesome and the bed is very comfortable. We love surfside and stay here every year. After our wonderful experience, we will return once again! We had beach service which is so nice. The pool is large with two jacuzzis and one Kittie pool. The restaurant in the surfside hotel is amazing too. Their staff is so nice and food is good! We literally ate there 4 times during our one week stay. Thank you so much Julie!

Truly amazing!!!

The pictures definitely don't do this listing justice. It is gorgeous! Very well laid out inside giving everyone the privacy they need yet also bringing you together. The balcony is wonderful and accessible from every room. Loved having my coffee there each morning. All the comforts of home yet you definitely feel like you are on vacation. Beach is beautiful, chair/umbrella service is excellent. The bar on the beach is great. Ordered lunch a few times and the food was fresh and delicious! Very convenient while on the beach. Julie was so awesome to work with. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us out. We will definitely be booking with her again. Can't wait to return!

Decent stay but will probably go somewhere else in the future

The reservation process was simple and the owner provided me with all the information I needed a week before our trip. The condo is in a great location. You can walk to the beach in minutes. We weren't able to walk across to the overlook due to some construction. Surfside Resort is quite outdated and has a bad smell throughout the lobby and hallways but the unit was clean and nice. The sliding doors for the balcony are very difficult to open and close and the furniture and bed in the master bedroom are not very comfortable. The bathroom is huge with a nice walk in shower. It is a very noisy area as it is surrounded by a few other condos. Don't expect to get your refundable deposit back. We stayed there over 3 weeks ago, I have not recieved the deposit and when I sent an email asking about it I didn't get a response.

I am sorry if we missed an email from you. I did a search of my inbox and could not locate it. When you booked with VRBO, it appeared that they were charging their booking fee along with our $200 damage deposit. However, we don’t authorize them to collect any money on our behalf. We don’t actually process the $200 unless there were damages during a guest’s stay. So you were never charged the $200. We rarely have instances that we need to collect it, and the refund process can take up to 10 days, so we determined it was best for all involved if we only charged them in the case of damages. Regarding the sliding doors, I wish you had contacted me about the sliders and I could have had our service company come and service them to help them slide more easily. I am glad that you felt the unit was clean and nice. I am sorry that you found the bed to be uncomfortable. I would have been happy to bring a mattress topper to help with that. If we don't know of an issue, we cannot address it. We are a small hands on company and strive to make your vacation the very best that it can be. Thanks! Julie Youmans

Great location but dated interior

My husband, myself, my six year old and four year old stayed here and my #1 focus was proximity to the beach, nothing worse than toting all the things several blocks with kids. So for location, this is a 5-star rental. There were two ways to get to the beach, a walkway over the road or a crosswalk across the road which wasn't as busy as I feared and it was quicker than the over-the-road walkway. The building itself was fine, parking was a bit of an issue with us having problems finding a spot two of our six nights there and having to park in the maintenance lot. There were only two elevators for the entire 15 floor building (three if you include the employee only one) and there was always a long wait and the stairwell wasn't an option, it was creepy. The unit itself had great space, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, however, the walls were nicked up and needed to be painted, the furniture was very dated and the patio had two broken chairs, neither bedroom had a dresser to put clothes in, just TV armoires with drawers and doors that did not open well and felt like they would break, it would have been nice to have had ceiling fans, especially being in Florida and with sand inevitably being tracked in it would have been nice to have had some rugs around. The pillows also weren't great, they were very thin. But, the unit did have a few boogie boards and beach toys and the free beach service was great!
