This recently remodeled four-bedroom single family home sits on a park in the quiet Southside neighborhood of Basalt. A 5-minute walk to Old Town Basalt. A short drive to Aspen and Snowmass. Steps from the Rio Grande Trail. Two miles from Willits Town Center and Whole Foods. The perfect location to enjoy all that the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer including gold-medal fly-fishing on the Frying Pan River, world-class skiing at Aspen/Snowmass and endless hiking and biking trails.
This home has a master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and full bath with an oversized steam shower. The guest room has a queen-size bed with a separate bath and walk-in shower. The additional two guest/kids rooms have a queen bed and a full-sized bed and share an adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom with bathtub. Downstairs is spacious with a living room with large flat screen HD TV with cable, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island, and there is a dining room and living room with tall cathedral ceilings. There is a laundry and mud room, fenced-in backyard and patio.

We chose Basalt because it is where the locals live. We love how it feels like Aspen used to feel 20 years ago. We are centrally located in the valley between Aspen/Snowmass and the downvalley towns of Carbondale and Glenwood Springs.
