This recently remodeled four-bedroom single family home sits on a park in the quiet Southside neighborhood of Basalt. A 5-minute walk to Old Town Basalt. A short drive to Aspen and Snowmass. Steps from the Rio Grande Trail. Two miles from Willits Town Center and Whole Foods. The perfect location to enjoy all that the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer including gold-medal fly-fishing on the Frying Pan River, world-class skiing at Aspen/Snowmass and endless hiking and biking trails.

We are originally from the midwest. We have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 20 years and love it here! We moved to this neighborhood over 15 years ago and are happily raising our family in this tremendous setting. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose Basalt because it is where the locals live. We love how it feels like Aspen used to feel 20 years ago. We are centrally located in the valley between Aspen/Snowmass and the downvalley towns of Carbondale and Glenwood Springs.
