This house has an area of 75m2 is an old fisherman's house, composed of a living room, (35m2), with US kitchen (LV, microwave), a living / dining room overlooking a terrace trees with garden furniture. A real flowery patio atmosphere: ideal for a peaceful holiday in the heart of the summer city.
House renovated by architect and exterior restoration carried out at the end of 2016, new terrace.
A furnished courtyard is located at the back of the garden to isolate yourself at the time of the nap or for a moment of reading.
The garden is enclosed with fruit trees and vines (excellent grapes when ripe!).
For parking, all the surrounding streets are free and there are always places available.
Possibility of arriving directly from the station on foot ...
