Nice apartment in Pouliguen, very recently renovated ideally located in the heart of a charming seaside resort at the end of the bay of La Baule, (50 meters from the port and the center of the resort and 200 meters from the beach) 2 steps from the salt marshes of Guérande and the Wild Coast.
The apartment is in the heart of the village between the Port, promenade, beach and wood. On the edge of a small dead end, it has a total calm.
It consists of a sunny living room opening onto a large balcony facing south and two rooms for 4 people.

Calme et bien situé

Appartement idéal en arrière saison car très calme. La terrasse est appréciable. Avoir à disposition du linge de maison aurait été un plus.
