Berehayes Farm was built in the early 16th century and was established as a holiday cottage complex in 1987. The complex is situated less than three miles from the World Heritage Coastline in West Dorset and close to the Devon Boarder.
The attached historic Farmhouse is one of the longest standing buildings locally with the now cottages historically having specific uses in years gone by. Each of the 8 cottages' names are attributed to the historic uses they had year previously in the 16th, 17th and 18th century.
All six traditionally converted cottages are set around a delightful courtyard benefiting from their own outside space and access to our indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi (open seasonally and alined with School term holiday times).
Berehayes is set in the village of Whitchurch Canonicorum, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the surrounding countryside is some of the most spectacular in Britain providing many fine walks. We are an ideal destination for family get aways, small group get-togethers, couples retreats and a base for walking enthusiasts.
