Seaton with its mile long beach is 2 miles away with the famous Seaton and District Electric Tramway, golf, fishing, and superb cliff walks.
The seaside resort of Lyme Regis, with its Cobb, offers good sailing and water-skiing. Visit the Donkey Sanctuary, Broadwindsor Craft Centre, Crealy Adventure Playground at Exeter or Bicton Park Gardens at Budleigh.
