Enclosed patio overlooking countryside, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Wood-fired hot tub for 4 (private). A further 6 acres of shared grounds with river. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan lounge dining and kitchen area with a Smart TV accompanied by a log burner, alongside a well-equipped kitchen featuring a range of home-from-home appliances. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and free-standing copper bath, while the shower room offers an electric shower, heated towel rail, toilet and copper sink.
Outside, enjoy your enclosed patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating, ideal for a sunny afternoon, with the private wood-fired hot tub enjoying views over the Welsh countryside.
Just 15 minutes from Aberaeron, you’re perfectly placed for coastal adventures and countryside walks. The area surrounding Lampeter and Aberaeron offers a wonderful mix of rural charm, coastal beauty, and cultural interest, ideal for visitors looking to unwind or explore.
The nearby town of Lampeter offers 2 supermarkets and a range of takeaways for your convenience. It also has a few independent coffee shops serving artisan coffees and home made cakes.
