As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a spacious hallway and elegant design touches that continue throughout the home. Period details, calming tones, and an abundance of natural light make this house warm and inviting.

Flowing from the front of the house, the large open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or socialising. Sink into one of two comfortable sofas, unwind in front of the smart TV, or enjoy a good book in the natural light that streams through the sash window. The central dining table comfortably seats eight and sits beneath a decorative chandelier, with views straight out to the garden - ideal for gathering over a meal, playing games, or working remotely.

At the rear of the home, the fully equipped kitchen combines traditional charm with modern convenience. Crisp white cabinetry, ample counter space, and all the essential appliances (including kettle, toaster, oven, and dishwasher) make this space a pleasure to cook in. Large bifold doors open wide to the garden, extending the kitchen space outdoors on sunny days.

Located on the sought-after Keynsham Road, you’re just minutes from Cheltenham’s independent shops, parks, cafes, and restaurants. The beautiful Sandford Park and iconic Lido are around the corner, with Montpellier and the Promenade also within easy walking distance. On-street parking is available with one of our permits - spaces are first come first served and usually always a space within 1-2 mins walk of the house.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. This was a great stay for our family, we really appreciated the high chair and garden space made it great for young kids.

Check-in was easy and house was pet-friendly. Lovely open space living downstairs. Location was great with wonderful parks a stone's throw away and a walk into town in under 15min. Garden is lovely. Bedroom downstairs is below ground so not great if you are claustrophobic although it's the biggest and nicest room in the house. There is only 1 Bathroom and while it's really lovely and big with a beautiful bath and large shower, a tad tricky to manage 6 people with 1 bathroom but we made it work somehow ;-) Parking a bit of an issue if there is more than 1 car as parking provided is in fact only for 1 car and facilities in the area are limited to max 4 hours and expensive.
