To the rear of the kitchen is a toilet and utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and also has a door that leads out to a patio garden with outside seating for up to 6 guests.

If you take the stairs down to the lower ground floor you'll find 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms here has its own SMART 43" TV.

On the first floor, there are the 2 main bedrooms which both have their own en suite showers. One of these also has a SMART 43" TV.

On the top floor, the final bedroom has its own en-suite shower. All bedrooms come fully furnished with bed side tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe or hanging pole to hang your clothes. All bedrooms feature double beds with crisp white linen.

In terms of parking we can offer 2 complimentary residents parking permits for the local area (Cheltenham Zone 11). We’ll arrange this directly with you once booked.
