Beautiful 180m² villa on the ground floor facing south in the middle of a 15 hectare vineyard with a superb view and its infinity pool for ideal holiday in the countryside not far from the city and its beaches.
Nature lovers can take advantage of the greenway along the estate.
3min away, you will find the village of Servian where all the amenities are located
(pharmacy, bakery, tobacco, bar, restaurant, grocery store, super u, indoor pool, stadium, tennis court ...).
25 minutes from the beaches of Vias, Valras, Marseillan, Cap d'Agde, Agde and its night entertainment.

You can also visit our pretty region:
- 12km Pézenas the town of molière,
- 25km Mèze, the thau basin
-15km from Béziers with the Canal du Midi and its locks.
Also discover Montpellier (70km), Narbonne (45km) and the famous city of Carcasonne (86km).

Fabulous place!!

This place is a paradise. We spent there a family holiday (including three kids aged 2; 10 and 12) and everybody absolutely loved this place. The Villa was very clean and kitchen equipped to the highest standards. Swimming pool, where we spent most if the time, was simply perfect. But what we enjoyed most was that there was absolutely nobody in sight, we were only surrounded by vineyards. Having said that, the villa is located only about 20 minute- drive away from the beach and we didn’t mind making this trip every day. But what made is all so very special - were the owners who made us feel like home and spoiled us with their delicious wine. Thank you for your hospitality and see you again next year!

Das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten!

Das Haus ist einfach wundervoll. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Pool ist sensationell und der Blick auf den Pool und die Palmen wird uns sehr fehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten dort geblieben. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen ist toll. Und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht.Der Blick auf die Weinfelder bringt einen zur Ruhe. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hatten sogar Oliven und Wein aus eigener Produktion als Begrüßungsgeschenk für uns vorbereitet. Wer Ruhe sucht und in schöner Natur ausspannen möchte, dabei aber nicht auf einen gewissen Luxus verzichten möchte, ist hier genau richtig.Danke an Virginie und Nicolas! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Bestes Ferienhaus ever ....

Wir waren vier Erwachsene mit E-Bikes. Das Haus liegt hervorragend, freistehend in den Weinbergen, direkt am Fahrradweg ... Eigentlich wollten wir viel Essen gehen und entspannen, dann waren wir aber lieber auf den Märkten einkaufen und haben in der tollen Küche gekocht und den leckeren Wein vom Weingut genossen ... Tolle Gegend, tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter - ich denke wir kommen wieder. M. Harmening

Très belle maison au milieu des vignes

Propriété très au calme, belle piscine à débordement, jeux d'extérieur pour les enfants (table de ping-pong, tir à l'arc, pétanque), maison joliment décorée à l'intérieur, spacieuse. Les propriétaires sont charmants et font tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Nous en avons profité pour visiter la région (Sète, Béziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne).

Beautiful location!

We had an amazing stay at the house. Everything was fine and the absolute highlight was the infinity pool. The property is located idyllically and protected from view between the vineyards, so you can spend your vacation undisturbed. It is a perfect silent spot to relax and enjoy the holidays. The cottage is as in the pictures - spacious and well equipped. In one of the two bathrooms is only a bathtub - here's a shower curtain / wall missing. That's the only small suggestion for improvement we can give.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und gut ausgestattet. Man ist sehr für sich und merkt überhaupt nicht, dass die Besitzerfamilie gleich nebenan wohnt. Gleichzeitig sind diese sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Das Pool ist toll, wenn auch nicht geheizt und deshalb im Herbst sehr kalt - was uns nicht abgehalten hat. Achtung: auf der deutschen Seite steht, dass es WLAN hat, das ist nicht der Fall. Hat uns aber auch nicht gestört. Die Lage ist äusserst ruhig, dafür fährt man immer bis Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus empfehlen wir deshalb uneingeschränkt als Ort zum Sein und Ausspannen.

Een supermooie omgeving , zeer rustgevend , heeeeel mooi en fijn zwembad , uitzicht onbetaalbaar , heerlijke douche , paar minpuntjes: matrassen en kussens matig, de ligstoelen bij zwembad erg fragiel en niet echt relaxed. Eigenaar woont op terrein maar dat is niet echt storend , genoeg privacy behalve aan het eind van het zwembad , daar zou beter nog een struik/schutting kunnen staan . Je moet het niet erg vinden dat er af en toe een kleine tractor door de wijngaarden rijdt, is niet storend en het heeft wel wat . Eigenaar is super aardig , als er iets is lost hij het direct op. Wij zouden er een volgende keer weer heengaan !

Un véritable havre de paix !

Merveilleuse semaine passé au sein de la maison de Mr CAUMETTE, qui a été très accueillant et qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréables. La maison correspond en tout point au descriptif, le jardin et la piscine sont parfaits pour se relaxer. Environnement très calme et maison idéalement située pour visiter l' Hérault.. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen

Einfach eine top moderne Villa mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Ferien in diesem Haus. Die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön! Ruhig, fern vom Trubel und mitten in Reben. Wenn man aber gern zwischendurch Aktion braucht, sind verschiedene Städtchen,Touristenorte und das Meer innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

On a eu des superbes vacances! On était à 2 couples et 5 enfants. La maison est très bien pour louer à 2 couples. Une très belle maison dans un environnement très calme. Les locateurs sont très gentils! Une vraie recommandation!!!
