This new family villa is located at the foot of Carroux, 5 minutes from the river and 20 minutes from the sea. It is spacious with its living room of 55m2 and its semi-open kitchen of 17m2. The rooms are spacious and bright.

It's 3 bedrooms have a bathroom of 11m2 with shower, round bathtub of 150cm in diameter and 2 basins, as well as an independent wc.
You can enjoy its large terrace and barbecue.
Children's swing, Playstation, television, Canal +, wifi, board game books, ping pong table. Shops are only 2 minutes away (supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, petrol station, post office, etc.).
the river is 10 minutes walk, you have in the village a children's park, a media library, two tennis courts with free access and a city. The stadium is 15 minutes walk free access.
