Beautiful Ranch Retreat With Breathtaking Views

This hillside ranch home is located in Ellis County overlooking 400 acres of rolling ranchland. Just 45 minutes from both Dallas and Ft Worth area, and 2.8 mi. on FM 813, from IH-45 at Palmer, TX, exit 259. Property is fenced and gated, remote gate openers are included for you convenience. Wide driveways and parking areas, just outside front door, includes covered parking. Screened porches with 8 ceiling fans and lots of seating, including gliders and rocking chairs, around three sides of Great Room. Pool just outside. Beautiful views of nature at its best. Birding, admiring the landscape and breathtaking sunsets are just to name a few. Large beautiful pool with hot tub attached. Inside you are welcomed by spacious great room with an oversized rocked fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms off of a wide hall, each with its own full, in suite, bathroom. Professional Workout equipment includes Elliptical Workout Machine and Rowing Machine. Laundry room with washer /dryer, including laundry detergent.
While getting away is the reason you are visiting this Ranch Retreat, Sugar Ridge Winery, small town quaint shops and eateries are located just minutes away from the property. We have nearby by Ennis and Waxahachie, shopping events, and festivals. Check out visitennis.org for more info.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the needed items for cooking. The scenery was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub very much.

Perfect Get-Away

Our family met here for a perfect get-away. The house is beautiful and the location is very serene. We spent our days in the pool and hot tub and our evenings cooking and enjoying the outside patio area. Couldn’t have asked for anything better than this home!

We are adding things all the time. We have a new State of The Art, Crawfish/ Shrimp Boiler. We can set you up with everything you need for it.
We are making the golf cart available, (weather permitting, not too muddy).
We will cook and leave for you almost anything you want. Smoked meats, Briskets, ribs pork, or whatever you want. Ranch Style Dutch oven Chili, Beans, Cowboy Stew, Cobblers, or whatever you want. Homemade cakes and Pies. Or lighter far if you want, from our treasure trove of Family Heirloom recipes.
