On the ground floor, there is a kitchen/utility room with access to a sunny terrace and the floating dock with the boat. The holiday home has three bedrooms and a loft; one bedroom with a double bed and two with two single beds. The loft has comfortable box mattresses (low ceiling) and an armchair with a beautiful view. Two bathrooms with WC, shower and underfloor heating. The holiday house has German TV channels and high-speed internet. The living room on the first floor has a magnificent view of the fjord and is perfect for relaxation. Barbecue area with roof, large motorized awning over the veranda on the front facing the sea. The shared dock has a filleting table and seating. Only 100 meters away there is a grocery store and gas station for boat fuel. There is only room for one car in the courtyard, but additional cars can be driven to the house for unpacking before being parked in the parking lot 75 meters away. Boats for rent when booking the holiday home: A Gemi 630 with 90HP Suzuki. Roof, Garmin 9'' chartplotter with internal echo sounder, 8 fixed rod holders and an 18 foot Øien 530F with 40 HP Yamaha, GPS, echo sounder and chartplotter, 4 rod holders. Both boats for rent at the same time for NOK 9900,- per week.
