Family Holiday Home by the Sea

A pleasant and well-kept holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. The house is bright with generous spaces and comfortable furnishings. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest beach, shallow and child-friendly. The plot is spacious and partially protected from view. From the entrance you come to a glazed conservatory and further into an open and well-equipped kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed and TV with chromecast. There is free wifi. There is a spacious dining table and a fireplace to make a fire in if you stay here on chilly evenings. The two bedrooms each have two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The back of the house facing a green area has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. By the terrace there is a guest cottage with a sofa bed for two people. The plot has generous grass areas for the family's various activities. Nearby is an exciting Frisbee track. Within easy reach is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a popular nature reserve with several exercise trails and walking paths. To the south, the development transitions to Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Nearby is a shopping center and the area offers a large number of summer activities, including tennis, paddle and mini golf. Just south of here you reach Bjärehalvön with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycle paths to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location on the Lagan. Lagan has fine salmon fishing (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The closest is Laholms Gk.
