Coleman's Elm is a stylish and modern Cotswold retreat which sleeps six guests, in three beautifully designed bedrooms, with one family bathroom. With calm, contemporary interiors featuring a natural colour palette, this converted barn boasts a spacious well-equipped kitchen and breakfast area and a cosy living room featuring soft textures and a fabulous dining space, perfect for relaxing after countryside adventures. French doors lead from the living room into the spacious garden, complete with outdoor seating and a fire basket for year-round enjoyment. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, this welcoming home allows two medium sized dogs.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

The garden to the front of the property is surrounded by Estate Fencing (the field beyond the fencing is separately owned and access to the field is not permitted by guests or their pets. Livestock are sometimes grazing in this field, therefore dogs must not be left unsupervised in the garden)
Charcoal BBQ (guests are responsible for providing charcoal and cleaning BBQ after use)
Oil fired central heating system
Starter supply of wood provided for the fire basket, and for the wood burning stove from October to April only
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
There is a 13 amp plug which can be used to charge cars (please note this isn't as efficient as electric car charging points). Usage of this will be charged by the owners
