Located in a residential area of the Cannet, on the hills of Cannes , this modern villa is just 3 km (2 miles) away from the sandy beaches and the old harbour, the Palais des Festivals and its casino, typical outdoor market, fish and seafood restaurants, bars and night clubs and of course, the Croisette and rue d'Antibes for shopping.
Nearby, a direct bus stop to Cannes in 15 min every 15 min .
A direct access in 6 minutes by the speed way (Boulevard du Riou) allows you to avoid the city centre's traffic jams .
In the surrounding areas you will find:
- A shopping street (hairdresser, drugstore, banks, doctors, newspaper, tobacco shop, dry-cleaner's, bakery, etc.)
- A large Leclerc supermarket
This villa, with a refined decoration, was completely renovated . It is bright and functional.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
It has a small not heated swimming pool 620 x 310 x130 cm (245 x 122 x 51 inches) not to shallow, so it is warm in summer
The cosy and romantic atmosphere of the poolside bower and the exotic environment of the coconut trees and the wooden terraces make the villa a true oasis.
The entire property and pool is for the exclusive use of the tenant.
Its hosts are friendly, attentive and always available to assure you a pleasant stay.
On Saturday check-in is from 15:30 to 18:00 and check-out before 10:00
Other days check-in and check-out is from 11:00 to 18:00
Parties and receptions are not allowed.
Bed and toilet linen and final cleaning are included in the rent.
A gas plancha 2 lights is available.
Garbage collection and pool maintenance are carried out regularly during the stay.
The reception and delivery of the keys are done by the owners.
The responsible person who made the reservation must be present at the arrival and during the entire stay. ID will be required.
The keys cannot be given to another family member or friend, even if they have to stay.
The number of persons admitted to the places of day and night is maximum 6 persons (children included) and can in no case be greater than the number declared at the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was even better than we expected. Evenings were peaceful, the grounds beautiful and the host kind and responsive. The location was convenient to any place we wanted to go along the Côte d’Azur and a short half hour drive to the airport in Nice. I hope we get to go back someday

Spectacular!

We were in town for the Cannes Film Festival and this property offered us easy access to the town center and a quiet respite away from the crowds. The indoor/outdoor living aspect was our favorite feature of the property and each morning we'd slide open the back doors and eat on the patio overlooking the pool. The house has all the top of the line modern amenities and is rented with everything you need. It's contemporary and sleek but very very comfortable, cozy and spacious. The owners were also incredibly accommodating and helped us identify restaurants and even called the restaurants on our behalf to make reservations (our French is rusty). This was the perfect retreat and I highly recommend it.

We didn’t want to leave

We had a wonderful stay at Nathalie’s place. It was exactly what we were after - a home from home to explore the area. Nathalie met us when we arrived and was in touch during our stay. It was a perfect size for our family of four and we could have perhaps invited a couple of others to join us as 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Our kids particularly loved the garden and pool. There is a large supermarket in walking distance and a bus stop that takes you to Cannes. We had many days out, including to Monaco (via train from Cannes); Cannes beach and then ferry to St Marguerite; Saint Paul de Vence; Mougins (where there’s a great little museum) and Menton. It’s such a lovely part on the world with so many beautiful towns. We’d definitely love to come back.

Beautiful villa, amazing hosts

The house is every bit as lovely as it appears on the website. Immaculately clean and so stylsh. The owners were truly amazing. When our car broke down and the repair was hindered by the awful floods Nathalie and Tony helped find a mechanic to diagnose the fault, took us to the garage and liaised at every stage. Even when we returned home they provided information about how things were progressing. They went above and beyond everything we might have expected. A beautiful property in a good location and truly exceptional owners. Thank you Nathalie and Tony. We will never forget your kindness.

Fabulous!

This has got to be the best house that we have ever rented in France. Nathalie and her husband Tony are a delightful couple and nothing was ever too much trouble. The villa itself is an oasis of calm. Spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained. We liked that it was a true rental property and not one packed with the owner's personal effects. The house had none of that thankfully. Plenty of cupboard space, modern well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with big leather sofas. The garden is very pretty and the pool a perfect size for lazing in and around. Plenty of good quality garden furniture and a fabulous barbecue. The location is great with a supermarket at the end of the road and the centre of Cannes less than a 10 minute drive away. We loved it and would certainly consider booking again if we decided to return to Cannes

Nous avons énormément apprécié cette villa. La maison est située dans une rue calme, mais reste très centrale. Le supermarché et la boulangerie se trouvent à moins d'un kilomètre de la propriété. Le bus vous emmène au centre de Cannes en moins d'un quart d'heure. Le jardin est à couper le souffle. Combiné à la magnifique piscine, il vous donne l'impression d'être au paradis. Il y a peu de villas que nous louons à nouveau, mais nous faisons une exception pour cette belle maison.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine wunderschöne, kleine, grüne Oase mitten in Le Cannet. Man ist mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten in Cannes am Meer und zum Einkaufen sind‘s sogar nur zwei Minuten. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und haben sofort reagiert wenn man sie brauchte. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Oase in der Stadt

Nathalie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Wäre der Pool beheizt, hätten wir wahrscheinlich schon im April baden können. Im Garten befinden sich Sonnenliegen und ein Gasgrill. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Entfernung zur Croisette beträgt ca. 3 km und ist per Bus gut erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Auch der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Perfekt war der Einkaufstrolley, der im Haus war. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Objekt. Vielen Dank an Nathalie und ihrem Mann! Schöne Grüße

Un séjour extra dans cette oasis au milieu du Cannet

Villa offrant des prestations et des équipements d’excellente qualité, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, située à proximité des commerces tout en étant parfaitement isolée du bruit du centre-ville. Le jardin est une oasis de verdure, on s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée grâce à l’accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine!

Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts hat uns Nathalie herzlich begrüßt und uns durch das Haus geführt. I didn't want to leave!!

This was THE perfect summer home! We stayed here for a week with our 3 small kids. We loved everything about it. Nathalie and Tony were very warm and welcoming which made for a great start. The house was immaculately clean and modern and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The garden and pool with its gorgeous green setting were so dreamy we spent all our days lounging around the pool. Not only is the house perfectly located, but it is also tucked away making it feel like we are in our own little spot of paradise. (It is also walking distance to a supermarket which was really convenient). In short, I found it very hard to leave! I would definitely come back! XOXOX

Perfect for the family

The house is exactly how it looks in the photos and was immaculately clean when we arrived to meet Nathalie, who was the perfect host. We had a car but there is a bus into Cannes that runs every 15 minutes which we used every evening as there is not a lot near to the house apart from an excellent super market that can be walked to. My daughters used the pool daily which was a perfect size for the six of us. Would recommend for any families looking to stay in the South of France

We just left after having stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely property. It is exactly as it looks in the photos, with a small but lovely pool & a gorgeous, lush back garden that makes you feel as though you could be in Thailand! Nathalie was very responsive whenever we needed something, which was great. The only small thing I found was that the kitchen wasn’t overly equipped; basics are there but if, for example, you plan on cooking from a recipe and need exact measurements, you won’t find measuring spoons/cups there, but this probably isn’t what most people are looking for anyway. All in all, we had a wonderful time & would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Clean, spacious house in great location.

The house was beautifully clean, fully equipped and spacious and was a great location to get into Cannes easily or to the supermarket. The owners were lovely, easily contactable and very helpful. There were a few little issues - only 6 sun beds for 8 people staying in the house. We also felt that for 8 people in the house there were insufficient sofas - only room for 5 people to sit. As the garden was a bit overgrown, although looking lovely, there wasn’t enough sun area for us all, even with just 6 sun beds. (It’s smaller than it looks, as is the pool, although sufficient for keeping cool it is not really big enough to swim a lot!) I guess it depends on whether you all want to sun bathe at the same time. Also, I hadn’t appreciated there was no toilet in the master suite bathroom so there were only two toilets for 8 people. We did have a lovely stay here and thank Nathalie and Tony for their hospitality.

Dear Fiona, I'm very sorry to read you didn't appreciate your stay in my villa ... But what you call "issues" are not issues because all is clearly described on the website and photos and rental contract : The pool is (245 x 122 x 51 inches) obviously too small for 8 adults swimming together or to swimm a lot. There are 1 separate WC on ground floor and 1 WC upstairs There are 2 sofas inside the house for 5 people and also 2 sofas for 4 people on the terraces with 6 armchairs and 6 sun beds . More sun beds are available on demand . (You should have asked as you asked for extra cleaning and change of linen.) The exotic garden is well provided with vegetation and people usually love it and appreciate shaded places to rest... The 2 wooden terraces with sunbeds nearby the pool are sunny all day long for tan. Everything is very visible on the photos and description... I'm very sorry you decided to rent my villa despite of it didn't suit you and then write there are issues .

Tout à fait conforme aux photos, la villa décorée avec goût est située dans une impasse au cœur d'un jardin parfaitement entretenu et préservant l'intimité. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles et la maison proche d'un axe principal du Cannet vers Cannes permet de se rendre à la plage en moins de 10 min en voiture. De très agréables et relaxantes vacances. Totally corresponding to the pictures, the villa, decorated with taste, is situated in a dead end in the heart of a perfectly maintained garden preserving the privacy. The owners are available when needed and very charming and the house, situated near a main axis from Le Cannet to Cannes allows to get to the beach by car or scooter within 10 min. Very pleasant and relaxing holidays.

Sehr schön mit idyllischem Garten!

Eine wahre Oase im Wohnviertel. Toll ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit jedem Komfort. Der Garten ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos und bei Dunkelheit wunderschön beleuchtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. We were born in Cannes and we still live here, as a couple we are really attached to our beloved region.
We are the lucky owners of this villa that we have entirely refurbished and decorated with a contemporary style.
We also manage another property for rent in Cannes and we love so much this kind of life that we are thinking of entirely dedicating ourselves to it.
Also, we love to get to know travellers from all over the world and we hope they appreciate their stays.

This house has been completely decorated. It is goos as new, clean and functional.
The cosy and romantic atmosphere of the poolside bower and the exotic environment of the coconut trees and the wooden terraces make the villa a true oasis.
You will love the calm and the nearby shops.
Although it is just 3 km from the first sandy beaches, there is an express route that takes you there in only 6 minutes.
